Wayne Terms of Use

Wayne County Released Inmates is privately owned and has no government, sheriff, jail, court, or corrections affiliation. Neither this site nor its advertising partners offers credit, employment, insurance, tenant-screening, or other FCRA-covered services. The service is a records-resource reference for Wayne County and Kentucky, not a private investigation firm or consumer reporting agency.

Nature of This Service

This is a private reference site with no authority over a government office. It stores no official jail, court, supervision, or release records and cannot confirm custody, free a person, post bond, or file a request for a user. Its pages point readers toward Wayne County and Kentucky public-record resources and may connect visitors with outside research tools.

Acceptable Use Rules

By using the service, you agree to act lawfully and avoid conduct that harms people, systems, or access for others.

  • Do not violate any law through use of the site.
  • Do not use information to stalk, threaten, intimidate, or harass.
  • Do not make hiring, housing, lending, or insurance decisions from site content.
  • Do not seek access to accounts, systems, or data without permission.
  • Do not operate bots, scrapers, or automated collection tools.
  • Do not interfere with security, availability, or another visitor's use.

No Consumer Reports

This site is not a consumer reporting agency under the Fair Credit Reporting Act and does not supply background checks, credit reports, or consumer reports. Its advertising and search partners do not provide screening services through this site. You agree not to use information obtained here for:

  • Hiring, firing, promotion, or other employment decisions
  • Tenant selection, leases, or housing eligibility
  • Creditworthiness, lending, or insurance pricing
  • Licensing, permits, or government-program eligibility
  • Any other decision regulated by the FCRA

Links Beyond Our Control

Pages may link to Wayne release records, sheriff and corrections sites, courts, federal locators, legal-aid resources, and outside search services. A link is not an endorsement. We do not control the destination's content, availability, security, pricing, or data practices. Review its current terms and privacy policy before using it.

Service Without Warranties

Everything is supplied “as is” and “as available.” We make no warranty that:

  • Information is accurate, complete, or current
  • The service will be uninterrupted or always available
  • Pages will be free of errors, bugs, or security weaknesses
  • A partner search will be complete or useful for a particular request

Custody status and public records can change quickly. Nothing displayed here is an official statement by Wayne County, a sheriff, a jail, Kentucky DOC, or any other agency.

Limits on Liability

To the fullest extent allowed by law, Wayne County Released Inmates and its owners, operators, partners, and contributors are not liable for direct, indirect, incidental, consequential, special, or other damages arising from access to, use of, or inability to use the site or linked services.

Your Duty to Indemnify

You agree to defend, indemnify, and hold the site, its owners, operators, partners, and contributors harmless from claims, losses, liabilities, costs, and reasonable legal fees caused by your use, misuse, violation of law, or breach of these terms.

Ownership of Site Materials

Unless stated otherwise, the text, original graphics, logos, arrangement, and code belong to Wayne County Released Inmates or its content partners. You may not copy, republish, distribute, alter, or exploit those materials without prior written permission, except where law permits.

Revisions to These Terms

These terms may be changed at any time. A revised version takes effect when posted here. Continuing to use the service after publication means the updated terms apply to that later use.

Suspension of Access

Access may be restricted, suspended, or ended at any time, for any reason, and without advance notice, including when use threatens systems, violates these terms, or harms others.

Kentucky Governing Law

These terms are governed by the laws of the Commonwealth of Kentucky, without regard to conflict-of-law rules. Any dispute must be brought in a court with proper jurisdiction in Kentucky.

If One Term Is Invalid

If a court finds part of these terms invalid or unenforceable, the remaining provisions continue in effect. The affected provision will be limited or adjusted only as much as needed to make it enforceable.
